THE GROUNDS

Outdoor spaces were as important to the owners as the interior. Both formal and casual areas center around two Campania fountains. The architect imagined an elegant and purposeful space for stress relief in the form of a secluded courtyard off the living room, while a heated, covered patio was thoughtfully designed for larger family gatherings. The back fountain area with it’s magical sound of water is a relaxing place to read a favorite book or ponder life in slow motion.
